The project titled “Miso Production Using Different Legumes (Black-Eyed Peas, Mung Beans and Black Chickpeas) Outside of the Traditional Method, Identification of Microorganisms Involved in Production and Evaluation of the Quality Characteristics of the Obtained Product” by Dr. Lecturer Berna Öztürk, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Art and Design, has been awarded support within the scope of the TÜBİTAK 1002-A Rapid Support Program.
